Why should I choose Cosmetic Facial Clinic?

When considering cosmetic facial treatment professional advice from an experienced and suitably qualified surgeon is essential. By choosing the Cosmetic Facial Clinic you are assured that your treatment will take place in a safe, hygienic and comfortable environment and that your treatment will be performed by a surgeon who is an expert in cosmetic facial procedures.

How can I get advice before committing to a consultation?

Advice can be obtained from the Cosmetic Facial Clinic website or by phoning
0870 1436743 and speaking to one of our advisors.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

You do not need a GP referral for a cosmetic consultation or treatment. If you wish
to have surgery then your general practitioner will be contacted for further medical
information.

Will I always be seen by Paul Kirkland from consultation, through procedure, to aftercare?

Yes, Paul Kirkland personally sees all clients from the initial consultation to the
post operative period.

Are the treatments safe?

All treatments carry a small risk of complications which will be fully discussed with
you at your initial consultation. By taking a full medical history and selecting only those individuals who are suitable for each procedure the risks are minimised.

What happens during my first consultation?

During the first consultation your concerns will be fully discussed and a facial assessment will be performed by Paul Kirkland.

If it is decided at this stage to go ahead with a procedure, a detailed medical history will be taken and the risks and side effects of that procedure will be explained.

Which treatments can be done during the first consultation?

Botox, dermal fillers, cheek enhancement, tear trough, lip enhancement and removal of skin lesions can all take place during your initial consultation. It is important to let the Cosmetic Facial Clinic know at the time of booking what treatments you are interested in having so that sufficient time can be allocated.

Is there anything I should/should not do before a treatment?

For all treatments it is advisable to stop taking aspirin and anti inflammatory tablets for one week prior to the procedure. It is also recommended to avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand.

Is there anything I should/should not do after a treatment?

Please refer to the specific treatments for aftercare advice.

How do I make payment?

Payment is due at the end of your procedure and we accept cash, debit and most
major credit cards.

Is it possible that I might be refused treatment?

Paul Kirkland will only treat individuals who are medically suitable and have realistic expectations.

What can I do if I am dissatisfied with my treatment?

The Cosmetic Facial Clinic aims to provide a personal and professional service to all
its clients. In the unlikely event of not being satisfied with your treatment we would encourage you to contact the Cosmetic Facial Clinic as soon as possible so that your concerns can be addressed and rectified.
